Hartelijk welkom bij de tentoonstelling UPDATE in Arti et Amicitae te Amsterdam, waar nieuwe leden werk tonen. Ik presenteer daar twee installaties: één kunstwerk is een voortzetting van een eerder getoonde installatie in Arti en het tweede kunstwerk reageert puur op de situatie die de tentoonstellingscommissie mij heeft aanboden. | Welcome to the exhibition UPDATE at Arti et Amicitae in Amsterdam, where new members are showing work. I will present two installations there: one artwork is a continuation of a previously shown installation in Arti and the second artwork purely responds to the situation offered to me by the curators. Opening: Friday 14 February at 7pm As many as 34 new artists joined artists' association Arti et Amicitiae in 2023. The group was so large that they could not all fit into an exhibition together. The second half of 2023's new artist members are 16 visual artists! They are showing their work in Arti's beautiful halls. In the multi-faceted exhibition UPDATE, they will unpack a presentation of their works, from small drawings to large installations.
