In October 2015 my newest commission in public space was finished. The municipally of Schiedam never open the art piece officially...but here some pictures.

I am currently working on a commission in public space at Schiedam, the Netherlands . The light installation will be installed under 5 bridges, they all cross the river Schie. These bridges are very close from one after another, together they form a unique urban concrete landscape. My installation will be connecting these bridges with the use of LED lines. Here a picture of the first lines that are installed this week. More to come soon!  On Friday December 13th I will show new artworks in two different cities. The first one will be opened during Winterlicht 2013 [Winter light 2013] in Juliana Park Schiedam, starting at 5 pm that day. This light installation can be seen till Sunday December 15th till 10 pm. Next to the Festival there is an exhibition organized about the festival at CBK Schiedam. I will show some sketches I made about this work and I will show documentation of other artworks I made. The second artwork can only be seen on Friday 13th between 9 pm and 12:00 am. This light installation is part of the "Piushaven Lichtfeest" [Piushaven Light Festival] in Tilburg. This festival will take place at the Piushaven in Tilburg. Link to the official [Dutch only] invitation can be found here. *** Volgende week vrijdag 13 december zijn er twee openingen van twee nieuwe installaties van mijn hand in Schiedam en Tilburg. Het eerste kunstwerk is te zien tijdens Winterlicht 2013 te Schiedam, opening om 17:00 uur. Naast dit lichtfestival is er tegelijkertijd een tentoonstelling in CBK Schiedam, ik toon daar o.a. enkele schetsen van de lichtinstallatie die ik heb gebouwd heb voor Winterlicht 2013.
